Stem Cell Intervention in Rheumatoid Arthritis: Brad’s Outcome

Brad, a 37-year-old chiropractor from Kentucky, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) after dealing with chronic joint pain, stiffness, and significant fatigue. His symptoms affected nearly every part of his body—from his hands and elbows to his knees and feet—and eventually began interfering with his ability to work and care for his children.

In a recent patient video, Brad describes the toll RA took on his personal and professional life. He recalls being in bed much of the time due to pain and inflammation and struggling with everyday tasks like getting out of bed or playing with his kids. Conventional medications and biologics, he notes, did not produce the results he or his rheumatologist hoped for.

Brad first heard about stem cell therapy through his father, who sought treatment at the Stem Cell Institute in Panama for a torn rotator cuff. After experiencing noticeable improvement, Brad’s father recommended the same clinic for RA, especially after speaking to another patient with similar symptoms.

Post-treatment, Brad reports better sleep, reduced brain fog, and significantly decreased pain and swelling. He’s returned to riding horses, spending more active time with his children, and performing daily tasks without the same physical burden.

His reflections emphasize quality of life: “Stories matter,” Brad says in the video. “People matter. And if there’s somebody out there suffering from something I experienced, I want them to know there are places they can go.”

Brad’s case adds to a growing list of patients seeking non-traditional options for chronic autoimmune conditions.
